Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products from our Hijab collection.

Damaged:

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all of our products if they are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. You can email our customer care team within 7 days at info@basmascarves.ca. 

Colours can slightly vary depending on lighting; however, we do our best to accurately display them in our images. We cannot offer refunds if there is a slight change in color from what is shown on our website or in product images. If you have any concerns about the color of an item, please contact info@basmascarves.ca before placing your order.
